RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

Here at Healthy Pepper we want to make sure you are happy with your order.  You may return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.  Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong size bottle or merchandise is sent to the customer.

 

If an item is received damaged, we will replace the item at no charge. Perishable items (i.e. hot sauce) are not eligible for returns or exchanges – if any perishable items are received damaged or unusable, please contact spicy@healthypepper.com immediately.  There will be a replacement item sent at no charge.

 

Items marked as “SALE” are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged.

Items returned to us must (1) have a completed Return Authorization form (2) be unused and in the same condition you received it.

 

Each shipped item includes a return authorization form. Please fill out all pertinent information on the form and return it with the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including when you return an item to us and when we ship a replacement or exchange item to you.  We do not refund shipping costs unless (1) we shipped the wrong item, (2) we failed to ship your order entirely, or (3) something was damaged in transit or damaged upon arrival.  If you receive a refund, we will refund the cost of the item plus tax, but not the original cost of shipping.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary.  When shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

If you are seeking a return for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.

 

You may be eligible only for a partial refund if the item is (1) returned more than 30 days after you receive it, (2) not in its original condition, or (3) is damaged or missing parts and the damage was not due to our error.  The amount of the partial refund will be determined by Healthy Pepper staff using reasonable discretion.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Double check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company as sometimes there are delays before a refund is posted.

International Orders:

Currently we only ship within the United States.  Other international orders are not accepted on our website.
